‘100-Miles Per-Hour’ Pasco County Sheriff Deputies, K9, Bust Juvenile Auto Burglars VIDEO

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. – Early morning on Tuesday, Nov. 10, multiple Pasco Sheriff’s Office deputies, including STAR deputies, responded to a report of multiple juvenile subjects committing auto burglaries in Wesley Chapel. The juvenile subjects fled in a vehicle and continued to flee, with speeds exceeding 100-miles per hour at times, after Pasco Sheriff’s deputies attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle.

Stop sticks were successfully deployed on the fleeing vehicle and it came to a stop. The four juvenile subjects then fled on foot and were quickly apprehended by deputies, including K9 Sgt. Birge and his partner, K9 Buzz.

Each of the juvenile subjects involved are facing multiple felony charges, including multiple auto burglaries and fleeing to elude. The video below captures FLIR video from PSO’s Aviation Unit of the pursuit, followed by the BWC of K9 Sgt. Birge as he locates and apprehends the juvenile subjects with K9 Buzz.
