HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – An 11-time convicted felon, Andre Brown, 38, is back in custody facing multiple charges after a routine traffic stop in Hillsborough County led to the discovery of a massive haul of illegal drugs and cash.

The arrest was made on Friday, October 17, 2025, when Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) deputies initiated a traffic stop. A K9 unit was called to the scene to conduct an open-air sniff, which resulted in a positive alert for the odor of narcotics.

Following a thorough search, deputies uncovered a substantial quantity of controlled substances and currency.
