PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco provided an update on the homicide that occurred on Irene Loop on Sunday. Detectives determined Kyle Beavers, 17, shot a victim through a window and then fled.
Sheriff Chris Nocco said, “The suspect who was a juvenile pulls out a gun and starts firing approximately 11-rounds through that window. Killing a poor woman who is laying in bed, an innocent woman. That innocent wife, that innocent mother. Just laying in bed watching TV with her husband.”
While fleeing the scene, the victim’s husband shot at the suspect and 3-other involved subjects. The suspect, Beavers, was shot and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was since released from the hospital and taken into custody. The remaining three subjects have not been identified.

Detectives are searching for additional information in this case and have identified a vehicle that may be involved. Pictures of the vehicle are below.
