NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Pasco County Fire Rescue battled a significant fire overnight in the Marlin Drive area of New Port Richey.
The fire, which reached two-alarm status, has damaged two houses. Fortunately, there have been no injuries reported at this time.

Firefighters worked to contain the blaze and prevent further damage. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
Pasco County officials will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Residents in the area are advised to stay clear of the scene and be aware of potential road closures or traffic delays.
