Floridians hoping to strike it lucky in 2026 are getting a new opportunity right out of the gate. The Florida Lottery announced on Wednesday that its latest promotion, the “Free Florida Daily Games for a Year Bonus Play,” kicks off officially on New Year’s Day.

Running from January 1 through February 28, 2026, the limited-time event gives players a shot at winning a full year’s supply of Florida Daily Draw games. Outside of the grand prizes, officials say the promotion is stocked with more than 157,000 instant-win prizes totaling over $666,000.

Participating is straightforward for regular players. Beginning Thursday, anyone purchasing eligible CASH POP™, FANTASY 5®, or any PICK Daily Game™ tickets of $1 or more can enter the promotion. Tickets can be entered by scanning the barcode via the Florida Lottery app or by manually keying in the ticket number on the lottery’s website.

The system tracks ticket value cumulatively. For every $15 worth of eligible tickets collected during an entry period, the player earns one entry into the next scheduled Bonus Play drawing.

According to lottery officials, there will be four total drawings between January and early March. During each drawing, 10 winners will be selected to receive the “Free Year of Florida Daily Games” prize.

While the drawings offer the biggest rewards, the promotion also includes immediate perks. Every ticket scanned gives players a chance to snag an instant prize, ranging from a free day of FANTASY 5® tickets ($2 value) up to a free day of Florida Daily Draw games ($15 value).

The first entry period begins January 1 and closes on January 18, with the first batch of winners scheduled to be drawn on January 20.
