PASCO COUNTY, FL. – A 40-year-old New Port Richey man was killed in an accident that happened. on Wednesday around 6:05 pm.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a pickup truck was traveling southbound on US-19 approaching Viva Via Drive.
Troopers say a 40-year-old New Port Richey man was riding his bicycle westbound across US-19 and
entered the path of the pickup truck.
The man was transported to a local hospital but later died from injuries sustained in the crash.
