U.S. Marshals arrested a 46-year-old Florida man on Friday near El Cajon, California, on sexual-related charges out of Monroe County, Florida.
Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit Detectives obtained arrest warrants for Miller following an investigation this year into an unlawful sexual relationship between Miller and a 16-year-old female victim.
Miller will face charges of sexual battery and sexual assault on a minor, obscene communication with a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
