$5,000 Reward: Info On The Murder Of 27-Year-Old Eduardo Crespin In Brandon

BRANDON, Fla. – On October 18, 2020, at approx. 8:45 p.m., in the southside parking lot of the Lake Kathy Apartment complex in Brandon, the body of a Hispanic male was found.

The victim, identified as Eduardo Crespin, was shot and killed by an unknown suspect while sitting in his white Honda Civic near the 2200 block of Kendall Springs Court. Eduardo had been celebrating his recent 27th birthday and had pulled into the complex.

Witnesses told investigators that they heard gunfire in the area and saw a group of black males, 20-30 years old, standing near a suspicious vehicle that had pulled into the complex shortly after Crespin.

Detectives believe the possible suspect vehicle captured in area surveillance video to be a BMW.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect(s) involved in this case.
