92-Year-Old Florida Woman Dies After Striking Pickup Truck With Her Golf Cart

 A 92-year-old Sun City Center woman has died after her golf cart struck a pickup truck around 8:15 a.m. Sunday.

SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. – A 92-year-old Sun City Center woman died after her golf cart struck a pickup truck around 8:15 a.m. Sunday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, was traveling northbound on Stoneham Drive, Sun City Center Boulevard while a pickup truck was driving eastbound on Sun City Center Boulevard .

Troopers say at the intersection, the golf cart collided with the passenger side of a pickup truck.

The woman was transported to an area hospital but later died from injuries suffered during the crash.
