A new platform called ResistMap has been launched to allow individuals to anonymously report and track raids and extremist activity across the United States. The platform was created by Arsenal PAC, a political technology group founded by Samantha Boucher. The launch comes as the Trump administration prepares to expand military deployments to 19 more states.
ResistMap is a “civil watch” platform that allows users to submit reports on various activities, including ICE raids, militia movements, and hate crimes. These reports are sent anonymously from a user’s phone and do not require creating an account or downloading an app. The platform operates entirely within a web browser and reportedly stores no personal data.

Once a report is submitted, trained volunteers at the platform’s National Watch Center review and verify the information.
These volunteers, according to Boucher, include military veterans and emergency managers who use protocols adapted from emergency operations centers to filter out misinformation. After a report is verified, automated text alerts are sent to community members who have opted into the service.
Users can control the types of alerts they receive and for which locations without needing location tracking. The platform also stores a backup of submitted photos and videos to create a permanent record of events.
The launch of ResistMap coincides with the Pentagon’s plan to deploy thousands of National Guard troops to major cities like Chicago.

“America is locked in a sort of ‘cold civil war’ between those standing up for democracy and those tearing it down,” Boucher said. “Everyone in America has inalienable rights, and no matter who’s violating them, they need to be held accountable.”
This expansion follows existing military operations in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. According to Boucher, the platform aims to provide a reliable source of information for communities to stay safe and to hold those who violate rights accountable.
She stated that the platform is designed to track a wider range of activities than previous tools, providing a more comprehensive view of the “cold civil war” she believes is taking place in the country.
