According to GŌŌST CEO Cliff Gephart, Big Tech is the enemy of Western Civilization, and now has a worthy adversary in the fight for privacy.
GŌŌST (pronounced ghost) has brought to market a true out-of-the-box, consumer-friendly smartphone that will not spy on you, according to GŌŌST CEO Cliff Gephart.
“14 years ago the world was introduced to the first iPhone and on that day the world began to surrender its privacy and freedom,” said Gephart.
“Americans ignorantly believe they live under the protection of the 1st Amendment. The 1st Amendment is irrelevant to Big Tech, in fact, Big Tech knowingly and willfully violates the privacy of all smartphone users daily,” added Gephart.
Driven by corporations like Apple, Google, Facebook & Amazon privacy has taken a backseat to profits generated by invading your life and steering your decisions.
If you use an iPhone or a Google phone, you are actively and willingly carrying around a tracking device allowing Big Tech to know everything about you, according to GŌŌST.
Gephart says, “Every American needs to realize the danger that Big Tech is imposing on the American way of life and the freedoms that they are stealing from us.”
According to GŌŌST, Big Tech is constantly listening to you, tracking your movements, logging every keystroke you make, recording every website you visit, and sharing that data with countless entities including the government. There is a way to stop this, get a GŌŌST PHONE, says Gephart.
“We at GŌŌST believe a free people must be guaranteed privacy when using phones and computers, in order to remain free. If our speech, movement, affiliations, and interests are spied on – then there will be an opportunity to coerce, threaten, and punish people of differing beliefs and viewpoints,” said Gephart.
What is a GŌŌST phone? GŌŌST phones work off the android system but are not accessed by Google. GŌŌST phones provide all the conveniences of a smartphone without the invasion into your lives.
GŌŌST uses an open-source platform and a Motorola phone that has the original operating system stripped off and a new open-source operating system is replaced.
Then GŌŌST loads an independent app store where you can access thousands of apps. Typical apps are pe-loaded on the phone like a calculator, map, calendar, browser (duckduckgo), and more.
The phone also comes with a free VPN to keep all usage private. Another interesting feature is a communication app that only communicates between GŌŌST phones with 128-bit military-grade encryption.
“Using a non-Big Tech phone, you will sacrifice some minor conveniences but offers so many advantages to a free society,” said Gephart.
Gephart added that since the phone uses a native app store, pulling from Google APK files, if an app, like Trump’s new Truth Social app, were pulled from Google, the application would remain on the GŌŌST app store. Truth Social launched with Apple early Monday morning, and is anticipated to be available on Google Play Store soon.
