Three Florida men have been arrested on multiple charges after officers executed a search warrant earlier this week.

According to police, on July 5th, 2022 at approximately 2:00 pm, investigators arrived at a residence on 2nd Avenue in Marianna, Florida, in reference to an arrest warrant involving the recent thefts and burglaries the Marianna Police Department has been investigating.

Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Bryan Thomas for dealing in stolen property. Upon arrival, investigators made contact with Thomas and he was subsequently arrested on the warrant.

While on the scene, investigators identified Albert Brincefield who was also inside the residence. While speaking with everyone, officers noticed Brincefield attempting to conceal something.

The item was found to be a glass smoking pipe that had previously been used to ingest methamphetamine. Bricefield was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of state probation.

Investigators were made aware that another individual was inside an attached garage and it was possible the subject had active warrants.

Upon entering the garage, officers and investigators located a subject who was identified as Joshua Phillips. Phillips was found to have multiple active warrants out of Leon County and Bay County, Florida. These warrants ranged from traffic offenses to theft offenses.

While searching the area where Phillips was located, officers located a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Phillips was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, along with all of the active warrants.

The three subjects were transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.

While Thomas was being transported, he told officers that he had narcotics on him. It was found that Thomas was in possession of methamphetamine. Thomas was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.

  • Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine

Joshua Phillips W/M 38 YOA

  • Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Charge: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Charge: (6) Leon County, Florida Warrants
  • Charge: Multiple Bay County, Florida Warrants

Albert Brincefield W/M 41 YOA

  • Charge: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Charge: Violation of State Probation
