TAMPA, Fla. – Just before 9PM on Thursday night, officers were dispatched to the 8200 block of N 13th St for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find the victim with a single gunshot wound. Tampa Fire Rescue transported the victim to Tampa General Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
While early in the investigation, this does not appear to be a random act.
