The investigation into the death of wrestling legend Terry Bollea, known as Hulk Hogan, has taken a new turn as his daughter, Brooke Hogan, has publicly claimed she has been contacted by medical and law enforcement officials with information that could “change the narrative” of her father’s passing.

Her emotional social media posts add a new layer of complexity to the case, which the Clearwater Police Department has already described as “unique.”

In a series of Instagram stories posted on Wednesday, Brooke Hogan stated that she had received “legit calls” from “professionals — from police officials to nurses that were supposedly with my dad on the day of his death.” She claims these individuals are urging her to review bodycam footage and 911 tapes because they “supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative we/I/everyone’s been hearing.”

“Those same professionals feel so passionately about what they witnessed, they have continued to contact me and push me to find specific answers to this very day,” Brooke wrote. “They are quite literally putting their careers at risk because they feel so compelled to do the right thing.”

Brooke expressed her frustration, stating that she has “zero control” and “my hands are tied” regarding her father’s affairs, a decision she attributes to his wife. She mentioned being told there would be an autopsy but has “no information” on who will perform it or when.

She also questioned why the bodycam footage and 911 calls are “on lockdown” and not available via the freedom of information act, and she hinted at questions surrounding the physician who signed her father’s death certificate.

This public statement comes as the Clearwater Police Department continues its official investigation into the July 24 death of the 71-year-old wrestling icon. The department previously stated it is in communication with family members, including Brooke and her brother, Nick. However, it maintains that no records, including body camera footage, will be released until the investigation is complete, a policy the department applies to all cases.

News of the passing of the “Hulkster” on July 24 was met with an outpouring of tributes, including a notable one from President Donald Trump, who hailed Hogan as a “great friend” and a steadfast supporter of the “MAGA” movement.

Hulk Hogan, who had a history of atrial fibrillation, died after suffering a cardiac arrest at his Clearwater Beach residence. Emergency services responded to a medical call, and despite rapid treatment, Bollea was pronounced deceased at Morton Plant Hospital.

Brooke also addressed her relationship with her father, clarifying that while they were estranged in recent years, it was not due to a “big fight,” but rather “a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand.” Her recent posts reflect her plea for the public and media to stop speculating and asking her for information she claims she does not have.
