Five men are facing federal charges for drug trafficking and firearms offenses following a federal investigation into an Orlando smoke shop, U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced Thursday. The indictment, returned on September 11, 2025, alleges that Smoke Break Productions operated as a front for a criminal enterprise distributing narcotics and firearms.

According to court documents, Angel Luis Carrasquillo, 42, of Orlando, is identified as the owner and operator of Smoke Break Productions, which allegedly functioned as a “drug and gun marketplace.”

The indictment names Carrasquillo and four other co-defendants: Rogelio Vidal, Jr., 30, of Orlando; Andrew Abbott, 35, of Brooksville; Jahmil Lally, 29, of Orlando; and Christopher Alonnzo, 23, of Orlando.

The charges stem from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. The indictment outlines multiple offenses, including drug trafficking conspiracy, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and using or carrying a firearm in a drug trafficking crime.

Carrasquillo faces the most charges, with maximum penalties that could result in life imprisonment. The indictment alleges he was involved in multiple instances of drug trafficking and firearms offenses between November 2024 and July 2025. His co-defendants also face significant penalties, with maximum sentences ranging from 15 to 20 years for their alleged roles in the operation.
