Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tom Brady And Gronkowski

Bucs Relieved, But Not Celebrating

TAMPA, FL. – The Bucs are 5-0 at home but struggle on the road and now they get set to head to Indy to face a red hot Indianapolis Colts team.

The Bucs avoided a 3 game losing streak with a convincing 30-10 win over the NY Giants. Tom Brady threw for 307 yards and two touchdown passes yet feels he and the offense can play better and have to if they want to have a chance of getting back to the Super Bowl.

“Every day that goes by is closer to the end of the season,” said Brady. Every game is more important, cause there’s fewer of them and you don’t get any of them back.”

Bucs were happy to play at Raymond James Stadium in front of a packed house where they’re 5-0 this season. If only they can transfer that play on the road.

“As Dorothy says they’re no place like home,” said Bucs Head Coach Bruce Arians. “Totally different, obviously, when you have our crowd and everything.”

The Bucs won’t have that in Indy on Sunday and the Colts are coming in off a 3 game winning streak where they smashed the Buffalo Bills 41-15.

The Bucs defense held Giants QB Daniel Jones to just 167 yards passing with the Giants only going 1 of 9 on third downs.

“Good pass rush, really good coverage,” said Arians.I thought the front and back end played well together and we feed off the crowd.”

Not only will the Bucs not have that hometown support this coming Sunday in Indy the Bucs defense will be facing the best running back in the league in Jonathan Taylor. Taylor leads the NFL in yards rushing and TD’s.

It’s a short week for the Bucs playing the Colts Sunday at 1 pm.
