Byron Donalds Pulls Away From The Pack As Florida Governor’s Race Heats Up

Recent polling data indicates Congressman Byron Donalds has established a significant lead in the race for Florida Governor, outpacing potential Democratic challengers in head-to-head matchups.

According to the latest figures, Donalds currently holds an eight-point advantage over Democrats David Jolly and Jerry Demings in general election simulations.

The momentum extends to the primary field as well. The poll shows Donalds securing 54% of the GOP primary vote, leaving other Republican contenders trailing in the single digits. This surge in polling follows a substantial financial period for the campaign, which reported a $22 million fundraising total for the first quarter.

The campaign has garnered a wide array of high-profile endorsements. Donalds currently has the backing of former President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Elon Musk, and Senator Rick Scott.

“The numbers are clear: Byron Donalds continues his dominating lead in poll after poll because Floridians know he is THE proven America First fighter who will lower costs, uphold the rule of law, and defeat the Radical Democrats this November,” said Gates McGavick, Communications Director for the Byron Donalds for Governor campaign.

As the election cycle progresses, the data suggests Donalds has consolidated support among the Republican base while maintaining a clear edge over his potential November opponents.
