TAMPA, Fla. – In a joint effort to foster community reintegration, CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) and Abe Brown Ministries are hosting a Second Chance Job Fair on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

The event, held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the CareerSource Tampa Bay office located at 9215 N. Florida Ave. in Tampa, is specifically designed to connect job seekers with employers committed to hiring individuals who have been formerly or are currently incarcerated.

The partnership highlights a shared goal of reducing recidivism by addressing one of its root causes: the difficulty of finding stable employment after release.
