POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd will brief the media this morning at 10:30 a.m., about the negligent child abuse of a 34-month-old (2 years 10 months) that led to the toddler’s death.

Both parents from Davenport have been arrested.
