TAMPA, Fla. – On December 15, 2010, Emilio Martinez went out to pick up dinner for himself and his pregnant wife. When he didn’t return, but some of the items he purchased were located outside, he was reported missing.
The investigation determined that Emilio Martinez had been abducted, along with his vehicle from his driveway. On December 23, 2010, Emilio Martinez was located in Hillsborough County deceased from upper body trauma. His vehicle was located nearby.
