Cold Case: Jeffrey Daniel Osborne – Home From The Navy

ZEPHYRHILLS Fla. – Jeffrey Daniel Osborne is a U.S. Navy Veteran who disappeared from his home at 35317 Carson Drive in Zephyrhills, Florida after last being seen on August 17. 1995. Osborne was discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1994 and had found employment in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Osborne quit his job abruptly, left on an unknown type of bicycle, and has not been seen since that day in August. Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of Osborne.

Osborne had issues with his eyesight and was almost legally blind. According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs), Jeffrey had degenerative eyesight (lazy right eye) and his last known eyeglass prescription of R:+3.50-3.50×114,L:+4.00-3.75×58.

Osborne was 20 years old when he disappeared in 1995. His height was 5 feet 11 inches tall and he weighs approximately 210 pounds. His hair color is considered “sandy” and at the time of his disappearance was cut in a short buzz cut. Osborne has hazel eyes and will likely be wearing glasses due to the degenerative eyesight mentioned above. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap and thick glasses.
