DADE CITY, Fla.- On 1/27/2003 at approximately 11:00 PM the bodies of John Combs Jr. and Ricardo Novoa-Mendoza were discovered in a burned vehicle owned by Combs. The vehicle was located in the wooded area off Clay Sink Road in Lacoochee Florida, just North of Dade City Florida. The circumstances of the deaths appear suspicious.
