DADE CITY, Fla. – A 32-year-old Dade City man died early Wednesday morning after losing control of his sedan and crashing into a line of trees off River Road.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 6 a.m. north of Sumner Lake Road. Troopers say the man was driving a Lexus sedan northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.

The vehicle veered off the pavement, colliding with a fence and two trees before coming to a stop.
