TAMPA, Fla. – Are you a Disney Parks Passholder on the monthly payment plan? If so, check your bank account, as you most likely were charged today for a 4-month lump sum for the entire time that the parks have been closed.
Today Disney admitted to a “Glitch” in their billing system that charged those annual passholders on the monthly payment plan for 4 months instead of one.
“Passholders on the monthly payment program were incorrectly charged today. We are in the process of reversing these charges and apologize for the inconvenience this caused,” a Disney spokesperson said via email to The Free Press.
Disney is aware of the situation and is in the process of refunding the overcharges to customers.
