DOH Pasco County Reminds Public About Vaccine Appointments

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Residents are encouraged to create an account on the patient portal to receive alerts about vaccine appointment availability and scheduling.

In order to receive alerts and schedule a COVID-19 vaccination, please go to patientportalfl.com (https://www.patientportalfl.com/s/) and create an account. You will receive updates via email from CDR Maguire Health & Medical for upcoming appointments OR, for those that do not have internet access or who need assistance with the portal, you can call 1-844-770-8548.

Creating an account does not guarantee availability for an appointment but creating an account will allow you to receive alerts when appointment do become available.

Please be advised that we are limited on COVID-19 vaccine and appointments fill quickly. As we get more vaccines in we will be increasing the appointment availability.

Reminders:

• There are no vaccines available without appointments.
• At this time there is no waiting list.
• Every person needs their own appointment
• Create your account at patientportalfl.com
• Show up on time for your appointment – PLEASE do not arrive early
• If receiving your vaccination at Sears @ Gulfview Square Mall, please be mindful of patrons that are visiting the mall and do not block entrances.
• Emails that are sent will be sent from: “CDRM Health No-Reply: no-reply@cdrmhealth.com” NOT from the Pasco County Health Department.
• Verify you have a VACCINE appointment. The appointment confirmation will have a QR code (picture on the left) NOT a barcode (picture on the right). (Refer to picture attached)
