LARGO, Fla. – On Sunday night at approximately 10:10 pm, officers of the Largo Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Ulmerton Rd/Seminole Blvd in regards to a vehicle v pedestrian traffic crash. Initial investigation has revealed that a female pedestrian was crossing Ulmerton Rd southbound just east of the intersection outside the crosswalk. As she entered the eastbound lanes, she was struck by an oncoming vehicle traveling in the middle lane.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where she passed. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
