ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – At approximately 3:00 am St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the 5000 block of Burlington for reports of fire coming from the windows.
Crews arrived to find residents outside of a home with fire coming from the front bedroom window.
Officials say there were injuries to the residents after evaluation from paramedics.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire in the room where it originated before the fire spread to the rest of the house.
The investigator on the scene, the cause is currently under investigation.
