This is a cancellation to the Florida Missing Child Alert that was activated on 04/24/2023 for EMBER WILLOUGHBY AND RAIDEN PHOENIX. The children are safe.

A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was issued for Ember Willoughby, a white-Hispanic female, 11 months, 2 feet 3 inches tall, 18 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white and blue striped shirt and grey shorts.

Raiden Phoenix, a white-Hispanic male, 1-year-old, 2 feet 8 inches tall, 26 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes, who was last seen wearing a white and blue striped shirt and grey shorts.

The children were last seen in the area of the 4700 block of Northeast 190th Avenue in Williston, Florida.

The children may be in the company of Raymond Otero, a white-Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. Raymond may have tattoos on his legs.

They may be traveling in a 2004 red Chevrolet Silverado, FL, tag number CYL8411.

The vehicle may have a red topper on the back and a temporary tag. They may be traveling out of Florida towards Indiana.
