A late-night dispute over noise turned deadly in Orlando on April 1, 2026, claiming the life of 20-year-old Celebrity Green. According to the Orlando Police Department, the incident occurred at an apartment in the 700 block of Ivey Lane.
Officers arrived on the scene at approximately 12:48 a.m. to find Green suffering from a gunshot wound. Though she was rushed to the Orlando Regional Medical Center, doctors were unable to save her, and she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Investigators spent weeks piecing together the events that led to the gunfire. Their findings indicate that the violence was sparked by a simple request for quiet.
Green had reportedly asked two individuals to leave the premises because they were making too much noise. This request escalated into a heated argument, during which one of the individuals pulled out a handgun and fired several shots, striking Green.

The search for the shooter culminated today when the Orlando Police Department’s Fugitive Investigations Unit and SWAT Team moved in to make an arrest. Authorities identified the suspect as Osolomon Fitzhugh, a 17-year-old male born in April 2009. Fitzhugh has been officially charged with second-degree murder with a firearm.
While the police have confirmed that all individuals involved in the confrontation have been identified and accounted for, the case is not yet closed.
Detectives noted that the investigation remains ongoing as they finalize the details of the fatal encounter. Fitzhugh is currently in custody following his apprehension by the specialized units.
