Florida Cold Case: Man Found Dead In Pasco County Pond, 2019

On February 19, 2019, an adult male was found deceased in a pond behind the Home Depot located at 32715 Eiland Boulevard in Zephyrhills.

The victim has been identified as Carlos Saint Louis. He was last seen in Hillsborough County on February 2, 2019, by family members.

Carlos was last seen driving a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT 4-door, gray in color, bearing FL tag EQSW64. The vehicle had front-end damage on the passenger side.

The vehicle was last seen on State Road 429 in Lake County on February 3, 2019. It had previously been seen on the Polk Parkway and Wekiva Parkway on February 2, 2019.

The investigation has revealed that the vehicle had traveled throughout Florida.
