OCSO detectives have arrested Vinh Nguyen, 37, after he approached and grabbed a child Monday morning in the Azalea Park neighborhood and tried to lure the child to his SUV.
Nguyen has been charged with false imprisonment, luring or enticing of a child and battery.
“We arrested Nguyen this morning following a tip from a concerned citizen who saw the video of the incident. OCSO would like to thank the community for your help in this case,” said Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
