The recent price fluctuations are attributed to shifts in the oil market. Oil prices dropped 5% last week, closing at $67.02 per barrel on Friday.

This decline, coupled with concerns about demand and potential slowdowns in U.S. interest rate cuts, also led to a decrease in gasoline futures.
