TAMPA, Fla. – The Republican Party of Florida announced it will host an “RPOF Victory Rally” on Thursday, August 20, 2026, assembling statewide nominees and party supporters as the party begins its push toward the November general election.
According to party officials, the event aims to unite the party’s primary contenders behind the party’s general election ticket after the state’s primary concluded.
“This isn’t just another event. This is our launching pad for victory,” Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power said in a statement. “Florida Republicans dominated this primary, and the message could not be clearer: Our voters are energized, our grassroots are strong, and the Florida GOP is ready to win. We are one team with one mission: elect Byron Donalds as Governor, re-elect Senator Ashley Moody, Attorney General James Uthmeier, CFO Blaise Ingoglia, and Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson, and elect Republicans up and down the ballot.”
The party stated that attendees will hear directly from the featured statewide nominees, including U.S. Sen. Ashley Moody, gubernatorial candidate Byron Donalds, Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia, and Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson.
