Gov. Ron DeSantis’ political committee raised nearly $6.6 million from June 1 through July 1 and had about $110 million in cash on hand, according to a newly filed finance report.
State candidates and political committees face a Friday deadline for filing reports showing financial activity through July 1.
The Friends of Ron DeSantis committee raised almost $2.98 million from June 25 through July 1, the latest reporting period.
It raised about $3.61 million earlier in June. Contributions in the latest reporting period were topped by $1 million from the Republican Governors Association.
