Gov. Ron DeSantis’ political committee reported raising more than $774,000 on Wednesday, while Democratic gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist’s committee reported raising $20,370, according to numbers posted on the state Division of Elections website.
The Friends of Ron DeSantis committee pulled in $774,265 and had about $87.64 million in cash on hand.
It reported receiving six contributions of $50,000 or more on Wednesday.
The Friends of Charlie Crist committee, meanwhile, reported having about $1.864 million on hand. Committees this week have been required to file daily finance reports in advance of Tuesday’s elections.
