Florida Highway Patrol: Southbound Lanes Of I-75 Reopened After Fatal Pedestrian Crash

Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate an early morning fatal pedestrian crash that occurred in the southbound lanes of I-75 near Milepost 274. 

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate an early morning fatal pedestrian crash that occurred in the southbound lanes of I-75 near Milepost 274. 

According to FHP, the pedestrian was struck at about 5:15 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near State Road 56.

All southbound lanes were closed with traffic diverted at SR-56 (Exit 275), but all lanes have been reopened.
