A Palm Coast man is facing charges after a drive-thru encounter at a local Chick-fil-A led to allegations of indecent exposure. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Luke Dudkewic on April 30, following an investigation into a report made by a minor employee at the State Road 100 restaurant.
The incident began on April 24 when deputies were called to the fast-food chain. A teenage employee told investigators that while she was handing a customer his food, she noticed his genitals were exposed.
She specifically noted a “blueish-green circular object,” which she identified as a sex toy, around the man’s penis. She described the driver as an older white male with a long beard who went by the name “Luke.”

Surveillance footage helped deputies track the vehicle to Dudkewic’s home. During an initial interview, Dudkewic admitted he had visited the restaurant and confirmed he owned a vibrating device matching the victim’s description. While he initially denied wearing the device or exposing himself, his story shifted during subsequent questioning with the Major Case Unit.
Dudkewic eventually admitted he was wearing the sex toy while driving through the line. He explained to detectives that he was testing a specific “mode” on the device designed to adjust vibration speeds based on the velocity of his vehicle. He claimed he had put the device on after leaving work but maintained that he believed it was hidden under his shorts, suggesting it may have accidentally “popped out.”
Detectives concluded the exposure was intentional. A warrant was issued for lewd or lascivious exhibition by an offender over 18 in the presence of a victim under 16.

“This pervert knew what he was doing and purposely went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification,” Sheriff Rick Staly said in a statement. “It’s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job to make some money had to be exposed to such a pervert.”
Dudkewic was arrested at his residence and taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. He has since been released on a $10,000 bond. Under the strict conditions of his release, he is prohibited from having any contact with minors and is legally barred from using any drive-thru facilities.
