On Sept. 14, Investigators located Sorey and arrested him on an unrelated warrant for Grand Theft. In an interview, Sorey admitted to having sex with the juvenile mother.

Sorey was arrested for Sexual Battery by a person in a Familial or Custodial Authority and placed in the Jackson County Correctional Facility.

On Sept. 15, Sorey’s bond was set at $205,000 at his first appearance.
