A 65-year-old Florida man has been arrested on 20 counts of child pornography after an executed search warrant.

On Tuesday afternoon, Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Major Crimes Detective Nicholas Sutliff arrested Scott Melville Graham, 65, for 20 counts of Possession of Material Including Sexual Conduct by a Child and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Major Crimes detectives made contact with Graham at his residence in Ocala, after an investigation revealed he had uploaded a file of child sexual abuse material to the internet.

When confronted with the information that someone at the residence had uploaded the file, Graham asked, “Who reported me?”

Detective Sutliff then requested to conduct a search of Graham’s electronic devices, which Graham refused. Graham stated that if there was anything on his computer, he could get rid of it.

Graham also admitted that he may have visited websites with child sexual abuse material and may have saved some files.

Detective Sutliff obtained a search warrant for Graham’s residence, after which several members of the Major Crimes Unit responded back to the home to execute the search warrant. During the search, Graham advised there were two flash drives in a garbage bag in the garage that had contained child sexual abuse images.

He admitted to reformatting the devices on his computer in an attempt to delete the content after detectives made contact with him earlier in the day.

The flash drives were located and Senior Digital Forensics Technician Jesse Newbanks conducted an extraction, which revealed several files of child sexual abuse.

Graham was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail, where he remains with a $105,000 bond.
