A Florida man was found screaming after being trapped in a portable toilet and was subsequently arrested by the cops who rescued him. You really can’t make this up.
34-year-old James Gousse could be heard screaming for help last Sunday night while he was trapped in the port-a-potty.
According to Naples Police, the arriving officer heard Gousse’s screams and saw his foot sticking out of the port-a-potty door. Gousse told police that his foot became stuck and it was unable to get his foot released.
Police were able to release Gousse from the nightmarish enclosure and asked Gousse to hang tight while they searched the bathroom.
During that search, police found a small bag containing a white powdery substance that later tested positive for fentanyl. They also discovered a syringe, and a medium-sized bag containing more smaller bags.
Gousse was taken into custody and faces two counts; Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Possession or Use.
