Florida Man Wins Two Jackpots In Two Years, This Time $1,000,000

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A Hillsborough County man has luck, real luck that’s paying off time and time again.

The Florida Lottery announced that Michael Landcaster, 64, of Seffner, claimed a $1 million top prize from the new CASH CLUB Scratch-Off game using a secured drop box located at the Tampa District Office,

This win comes two years after claiming a $500,000 top prize from the $500,000 JACKPOT MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game.

Landcaster chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $880,000.00.

Landcaster purchased his winning ticket from Seffner Citgo, located at 930 West U.S. Highway 92 in Seffner. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

CASH CLUB features ten top prizes of $1 million and gives players the chance to win $20 to $500 instantly with four additional bonus plays.
