The suspect vehicle is described as a Lincoln Continental, 4-door, white in color, with a sky blue vinyl top, possibly a 1978-1979 model in good condition.

The vehicle has hub cap spokes, dark tinted windows, and whitewall tires with thin white stripes.

Exhaustive efforts to identify and locate this vehicle have been unsuccessful to date.  Several theories of the shooting have been developed and are being investigated to this day.

It should be noted that none of these theories suggest any wrongdoing or criminal activity on the part of Melanie Warren.
