This is a cancellation to the Florida Missing Child Alert that was activated for Jordyn Carter, the child has been located and is safe.
ORIGINAL REPORT: Authorities in North Florida have issued a Florida Missing Child Alert for 11-year-old Jordyn Carter, who was last seen in Jacksonville.
According to law enforcement officials, Carter was last spotted in the area of the 1200 block of Kenmore Street. She is described as a Black female, 4 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing approximately 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
At the time of her disappearance, Carter was wearing a green Hello Kitty shirt, blue jeans, and pink slides.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information regarding Carter’s location to immediately contact their department at 904-630-0500 or call 911.
