Rieva Scarlett Has Been Located Safe
Rieva Scarlett has been located and is safe, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
ORIGINAL REPORT: A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Rieva Scarlett, a 2-year-old black female. Rieva is described as 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 45 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in the area of the 3900 block of Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida.
Authorities believe Rieva may be in the company of Shatanya Brown, a black female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Brown may have recently dyed her hair red or black. She is also noted to have a cursive script tattoo on the right side of her neck and a heart tattoo on her center lower neck.

Due to an ongoing investigation, it is believed that Rieva and Ms. Brown may be in the Baymeadows Road area of Jacksonville, Florida.
Members of the public are advised not to approach if they locate Rieva Scarlett or Shatanya Brown. Instead, law enforcement should be contacted immediately.
