Teenager found safe after a statewide alert was issued by authorities.
The Florida MISSING CHILD Alert that was issued earlier today for 14-year-old Savannah Singer has been canceled. Authorities have confirmed that the teenager has been located and is safe.
The alert was originally activated after Savannah was last seen in the area of the 2200 block of Emerald Springs Drive in Apopka. Details of her safe return have not been released, but the Apopka Police Department has confirmed the child is no longer missing.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and local authorities thank the public for their assistance in helping to locate Savannah.
ORIGINAL REPORT: A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 14-year-old Savannah Singer, who was last seen in the area of the 2200 block of Emerald Springs Drive in Apopka. The Apopka Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating the teenager.
Savannah is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time she went missing, she was wearing an oversized grey shirt, red checkered pajama pants, and white shoes. She may also be carrying a grey backpack. A notable detail is that Savannah has scars on her left arm.

According to authorities, there is reason to believe that Savannah may be in the Winter Garden, Florida, area.
The Apopka Police Department has asked anyone with information regarding Savannah’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 407-703-1757 or to call 911. The swift action of the community could be crucial in ensuring her safe return.
