Gainesville teen Lilyana Blanco has been located safe and the Florida Missing Child Alert has been canceled.

ORIGINAL REPORT: A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 15-year-old Lilyana Blanco, who was last seen in the Gainesville area. The Gainesville Police Department is requesting the public’s immediate assistance in locating the teenager, who was last seen Saturday on the 2900 block of Southwest 42nd Street.

Lilyana is described as a black female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing approximately 123 pounds. She has distinctive lime green hair and brown eyes. Authorities note that she also has multiple facial piercings, which are visible in recent photographs.

The circumstances of her disappearance were not immediately disclosed.
