Florida Silver Alert Canceled For Missing Brooksville Man, Located Safe In Pasco County

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. Henry Allen has been located safe in Pasco County, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a missing and endangered adult, Henry Allen, 77, who was last seen on Tuesday, September 2.

Allen, who has been diagnosed with dementia, was reported missing by his family on Thursday, September 4. He was last seen around 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the 7-Eleven gas station located at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Chatman Boulevard in Brooksville. He was sitting in his red Chevrolet Malibu with Florida license plate VL2TK.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating Allen. He is described as a Black male, 6’3″ tall, and weighing 279 pounds, with brown eyes and black and white hair. His clothing at the time he went missing is unknown.
