Florida woman, Cassie Kayla Reed, 35, who happens to be an assistant state attorney in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, was arrested after a DUI crash through a fence, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say they launched a DUI investigator after Reed crashed through two fences and came to a stop in someone’s backyard.
Investigators say that Reed was driving a 2018 Audi and a suspicious yet familiar odor and other indicators, led troopers to investigate the DUI.
A passenger in the Audi tried to hide a Budweiser can from troopers on the scene.
Reed was charged with the DUI crash and property damage.
