Florida Woman Finds a Wallet With $2,000 in Cash and Family Keepsake, Police Seek to ID Her

Detectives in Florida work to ID a woman who took a lost wallet and family keepsake.

The woman in the video below found a wallet in a Walmart parking lot on Narcoossee Rd on January 26th. Police say the wallet had an old Suffolk County NY Corrections badge from the owner’s father and $2000 in cash.

The woman took the wallet inside Walmart, concealed it in her purse, and left.

  1. Grand Theft in Florida: Grand theft of the third degree can include: any property valued between $300 and less than $5,000. It’s a Felony as a thief, no one will ever hire you for a job.

  2. You know she should return it without a doubt but she found it and to charge her with a Felony in my opinion is absurd
