CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a shooting at the Royal Breeze Apartments, located at 21227 U.S. 19 N., at 7:30 p.m. this evening.
An adult male was treated at the scene and transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg as a trauma alert. His injuries are currently reported as non-life-threatening.

Detectives remain on the scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities have stated they believe there is no ongoing threat to the community.
